When is the sale? |
Our tuber sale will be Saturday, March 21 at 11 a.m. Central Time (noon Eastern, 9 a.m. Pacific). We will restock tubers in April. |
How much is shipping? |
Shipping fees will be calculated based on the quantity ordered and your location. Tubers will ship USPS and most shipping fees will be in the $15-$20 range. Rates for cuttings will be higher for expedited service - please choose your preferred carrier at checkout. shipping times and prices are outside of our control. |
When will my tubers ship? |
Shipping of tubers will begin early April and will be sent out as temperatures allow. |
Will you combine shipping? |
Yes! We will be combining orders. No code is needed. Orders must have the same name, mailing address, and email address. We will automatically combine shipping for orders placed the same day. Shipping of tubers and rooted cuttings cannot be combined and will not be shipped together. If you order both of these together, the shipping total will be for two shipments. |
Are the tubers dormant? |
Tubers will be shipped with at least one visible or sprouted eye. |
What payment methods do you accept? |
Our store accepts all major credit cards and Shop Pay. |
Do you have limits on how many of each I can buy? |
No. We will not be placing limits this sale. |
Can I make an account? |
You may create an account. This will allow you to save your address, view or track orders, and save a wishlist. |
Do I need a password? |
You will not need a password when the sale opens. |
Will you restock sold out varieties? |
We will be restocking as more tubers wake up in the coming weeks. If the variety you seek is sold out, please add it to your wishlist to be notified if it is restocked. |
How does the Wishlist work? |
Sign in or create an account to save a wishlist of your favorite varieties. Add varieties to your wishlist by clicking on the heart icon. This will save them to a list you can easily see, edit, and order from later. The wishlist also allows you to be notified when a variety is back in stock. |
